Service Description
Pricing is based on mileage from the Crematory Repair Solutions Base in Big Lake, MN. Crematory Repair Solutions will provide preventative maintenance services, including inspection and cleaning of burners, retorts, exhaust systems, and safety controls; calibration of temperature sensors and timers; safety checks on gas lines, electrical systems, and emergency shut-offs; and provide a detailed condition report with recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
Cancellation Policy
Emergency Repair Services Emergency repair services are available with a response time of 24–48 hours (subject to availability). Labor is billed at $250 per hour outside preventative maintenance visits, with travel fees based on the same mileage tiers. Parts are billed separately, and an after-hours surcharge of 20% applies for nights and weekends. Clients with maintenance plans receive priority scheduling. Liability The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from equipment failure, loss of revenue, or business interruption caused by crematory downtime, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules. The Client agrees to maintain proper operational practices and comply with all safety guidelines. Warranty The Service Provider warrants that all maintenance services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Warranty does not cover parts supplied by third parties or damage caused by improper use. Any defects in workmanship must be reported within 30 days of service for corrective action. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located within Minnesota. Mediation and Arbitration In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Terms & Conditions Additional parts are billed separately. Cancellation requires a 48-hour notice. Emergency repairs are prioritized for maintenance plan clients. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
